GRANTS FOR YOUR CLASSROOM

Beginning in September on the Tuesday after Labor Day the Madison Education Foundation Classroom Grant Cycle begins. This is an opportunity for you to apply to fund a special classroom project or library project that may not be funded by the school district by the regular annual budget. There are a limited number of requirements for this grant that need to be adhered to.

  • The Grant application that is made available once the grant cycle opens must be filled out completely. This includes applicant information, supporting documents and the signature of your principle. The signature of the principle is important and grant applications without it will be denied.

If your grant application is approved by the Board, there are a few required followup actions that must be completed.

We would like to trust everyone who applies for a grant, but because donations to the MEF are tax deductible, there are penalties for not complying with the previously listed required followup actions.
